With over 15 years of experience in HR, HSE management, and finance, Mr Rafizi holds a
Bachelor of Science (Human Resource Development) with Honours from UTM and
certifications in Safety & Health, Gas Testing, and Ergonomics from DOSH.
Serving as the Chief Financial and Admin Officer, MR Rafizi has held key leadership roles
at Recron Malaysia Sdn Bhd and SS Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd, where he successfully led HR
functions, improved organizational efficiency, and implemented robust safety protocols that
drive compliance and reduce workplace incidents.

With 18 years of experience in the civil and structural industry, Mr. Fairus has built a
distinguished career spanning both the construction and oil & gas sectors. He began his
career in construction, where he developed expertise in civil and structural works, later
expanding his knowledge in oil and gas construction.
Over the years, Mr. Fairus has successfully managed large-scale projects, demonstrating
exceptional leadership in operations, project execution, and team management. As Chief
Operating Officer, he continues to drive operational efficiency, ensuring seamless project
delivery and upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
across all company operations.

Mr. Ariff Kamarull brings over 18 years of experience in the mechanical and instrumentation field, with a proven track record of success. He previously served as the Managing Director of a well-known valve company in Malaysia, where he played a pivotal role in leading the company to significant growth and success. Throughout his career, he worked his way up, gaining in-depth expertise in valve trading, services, and operations. His extensive knowledge and leadership skills have made him a key figure in the industry.

Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles, such as Head of
Operations and Electrical Project Manager, successfully overseeing
operations, strategic planning, and the delivery of high-value EPC projects.
